Marley Silicone Warming Vibrator

It’s beginning to feel a lot like…winter! What better sex toy to test drive this time of year than a plug that not only rubs your prostate and vibrates like crazy, but one that will actually warm your hole while it’s doing it? Peepshow Toys is offering the Marley Warming Vibrator from Nalone, a nicely-shaped silicone anal plug that comes with a remote control, 7-setting vibrator, and an embedded warming element.

I’ve seen – but never tried – the luxury warming vibrator, Rosa Rouge by L’Amourose. With a $200 price tag, it’s pretty pricey, and the Marley is clearly a more affordable alternative at over half the cost. But how well does it work? I couldn’t wait to try it out!

Even with the lesser price, the Marley comes packaged in a nice little box that will work great for storing the toy and all its components. The plug itself is snugly held in place inside a box insert with a soft foam cutout that keeps the toy safely nestled. There are also cutouts for the hand-held remote control and the little battery that runs it. Under the insert you’ll find a charger for the plug itself; it’s got a USB connection on one end and a tiny metal prong that slides into a little hole on the side of Marley. Hook both ends up and give your new toy a full charge. A blue light will flash while it’s charging up and when it’s ready to go, the light will turn solid blue.

Let’s talk about the plug itself. It’s a chunky little thing, smaller than most dildos, but pretty thick for a prostate massager, which is pretty much the shape it has. It’s kind of phallic-shaped, with a slightly swollen head, tapering into a semi-thick shaft. The silicone is very smooth with an almost satiny feel. I use a thick water-based lube Sliquid Sassy with toys like these; it makes insertion so much easier and it reduces the “grab” on your hole when you’re sliding it in. While the plug itself is pretty thick and solid, the silicone does have a nice little bit of give to it, which is great if you like to bear down on your anal toys during use. The anal-safe base is pretty good sized and has more bend to it, so it should rest comfortably against your crack when you’ve got the toy fully inserted. The manufacturer lists Marley’s length as 4.9 inches with a max diameter of 1.45 inches. The size, shape and curve of this plug is pretty perfect for prostate massage.

The included instructions are a bit dicey in spots (e.g. “one button to heat, enjoy your high pleasure”), so I had to mess around with the plug and the remote control just to determine how everything works. Here’s what I figured out: to turn on Marley, press and hold the silver button on the base until a blue light turns on. The toy won’t do anything on its own without using the included remote, so insert the included battery into the compartment and press and hold the Power button until its corresponding red light comes on. There’s a second button to control the heating element, so if you’re ready for some warming sensation, go ahead and press that too. A red light comes on to show the warming function has been activated.

Ready for some vibrations? Simply press the Power button to cycle through the seven available vibrating settings. There’s nothing too unique here; you’ll find three steady vibrations, each one stronger than the last, and four patterns that include a “revving” sensation as well as combinations of short and long bursts. I was surprised at how strong the vibrator in the Marley is. You’ll get some powerful sensations right in the tip (which hopefully is resting on or near your P-spot once you’ve got the toy fully inserted), and the neck of the plug also thrums with strong vibes. Even the base quivers nicely, even on the lowest setting, so your balls and taint are going to enjoy this toy too.

As for the warming feature? Before inserting it, I was able to get Marley up to just over 100 degrees (F) (which is about 38 degrees Celsius). It did feel a lot warmer once it was inside me, especially after I had been enjoying it for awhile. Remember the other vibrator I mentioned up there, the one that costs $200? The max temp on that thing is 104-107 degrees (F), so there’s not a huge difference in that regard, so keep that in mind if you’re comparing the two. I’d call the warming sensation noticeable and pleasant, but you’ll probably be disappointed if you’re looking to make your hole hot.  Still, coupled with the strong vibrations this plug puts out, the warm sensation is a nice feeling while your whole hole is buzzing wonderfully.

After you’re done with Marley, use the remote to shut off the vibes and the warmer and remember to press and hold the silver button on the toy itself to shut it down. I like to remove the battery on toys like these when I’m not using them, and since the packaging makes a great storage option, there’s actually a slot to hold the battery until you’re ready to use the plug again. Marley is a waterproof sex toy, so you can easily clean it off with soap and hot water. Let it dry completely before returning to its box.

Bottom line? Marley is a nicely shaped solid silicone plug/prostate massager with a killer vibrator and a pleasant warming sensation. It might be just the thing you’re wanting to enjoy with the cold winter nights upon us. Thanks to Peepshow Toys for letting me try out another fun sex toy!
